Is it depression or sadness?
For along time ago (several years) I don’t feel good about me and the things I have to do or not because I don’t think I’m enough person. I feel like something is broken inside me and every time I try to fix that something goes wrong and I get more broke.
A couple weeks ago I had bad thoughts including the fac that everything around me would be better without me. But I just keep sad and I didn’t do anything against my life.
At this moment I just really know that something is empty, broken and sad in me... and that is something stupid because I have a good life but I’m not able to appreciate it because my other feelings are strong enough to push me away.
I don’t know if I’m sad or depressed even I not completely sure if it’s better to go with someone professional to help me.

@0102mazala, your feelings about yourself strongly suggest you are depressed and not just sad over circumstances, especially the ideas of the world without your place in it. As you said, you feel broken, and that has nothing to do with how "good" your position in life may be by others' standards. It's not a sign of weakness to reach out for professional help. Your physician can refer you to a psychiatrist for an assessment and to work out a plan for you.

Please have a complete medical and if nothing shows up ask your doctor to refer you to a psychiatrist asap. It appears that you are depressed
and need help to get back on track i.e. medication and possibly other supports. I am not a doctor but have experienced what you are feeling
and know it took those things to help me. Good luck and please let us know how you are doing.

I'm so glad you decided to contact Mayo Connect. Welcome to a supportive and experienced group of people who care. Even though I'm not a medical professional, I too have been where you are. I'm happy to let you know that I am no longer feeling the way you do because I reached out as you are now. I felt broken and sad and that the world would be better off without me then. That would have been a big mistake as I'm now 70 years old and I have had a wonderful fulfilling life!
What I needed was to learn how to love, really love myself. I had to fill the emptiness inside with My acceptance and love for myself which is harder than it sounds. I highly recommend what @guener and @ainsleigh said - - seek professional help, both talk therapy and medication. If your Psychiatrist recommends medication, ask for a DNA test to find the best one for you, so you don't have to go through a lot of different drugs to find one that works.
Please share with us how old you are, and any other information you feel safe sharing with us. The more we know about who you are, the better we'll be able to support you. We are a loving and caring group and most of us have been where you are now. Hang in there; you have value and you deserve to be her and live the good life you have. Peace and light.
You made your first positive step by not hurting yourself which gives you the opportunity to feel better. Your second good decision was to reach out and you chose a great group to reach out to. The people in this group have shown me how caring and supportive they are. Healing that broken part of you won't happen overnight but can happen with persistence in following up to get the help you need. Make a list of the suggestions offered you by these people who have been in the neighborhood of where you're struggling right now. Follow each step and you can feel better.
My depression started in high school but I was in my 30's before I started trying to get the help I needed. Because they didn't have DNA tests back then to help narrow down what medications would be most likely to help, it took me years to find the right one for me. It was only a last resort call to a hospital that put me together with the right doctor who knew what I needed.
Start down the road as soon as possible taking that first step with your doctor so you can feel better sooner. Stay in touch with the group so they can support you. I'm looking forward to your progress!
@0102mazala - I wholeheartily agree with the several posts above and would encourage you to seek a professional's help. I too suffered from Anxiety along with panic attacks about 20 yrs ago and tried to deal with things on my own, but that just put me further behind. My anxiety began to rule my life and cause me to cross things off my life that I had previousely enjoyed. After making an appt. with a psychiatrist, I spent weeks opening up and in the end suggested I take Klonopin. I've been on 1 mg. per day since (20+yrs.) It has allowed me to take my life back and I want you reach out to a professional just as you have reached out to this group! We are on your team and will be here for you!
