What is frustrating to me is the lack of energy to do all I once did in a day!!! Now in my 80's, my husband and I laugh that we thought we could just keep going as we always had, and then one day...drop!!! Doesn't seem to work that way - we're breaking down, one part at a time. and learning to deal with the limitations is so difficult.
