Most of my pain is mostly at night when I'm trying to sleep and I get two to three hours and I have to wake up and walk around Fortec medical marijuana. It really helps a lot that's what makes me fall back to sleep again for another 3 hours.

I concur. Medical marijuana use in the evening helps me greatly with pain and insomnia. My opiod pain reliever wakes me so is counter productive at bed time.
