Has your cardiologist ever considered POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome)? With that, your heart rate increases by at least 30 beats from lying down position to standing. Also associated with it can be an increase in adrenaline. Sometimes get labeled with just anxiety -- when there could be more to it.

I have not been tested for POTS but I will ask this at my appointment. Is this what people describe as having a tilt test for? I also have an apple watch, I wonder if could do a test at home (not for diagnostic purpose) but personal purpose to see what my heart rate is when laying down to standing up.

I like to write poetry when my emotional are all jumbled.
