I would recommend staying off computer, cell phone, tv anything that might stimulate your eye. Also, I would reduce caffeine. The most important thing for your eyes is sleep so pay attention for a week to insure your getting sufficient eye rest. Plus wear sunglasses when in the sun. After a week or two, if pain is still intolerable, you’ll have to get it checked by an ophthalmologist or an eye institute. I’m sorry you’re having to go through such suffering.
