Martha, If I may ask, what strain did you get,and did you use a vetted vendor? One who tests their products for safety and purity? Reds are generally best for pain. You can get higher levels of concentration depending on your level of pain, but when you jump up to a more concentrated product, obviously the less concentrated need to be consumed in greater quantities. I have 200X that I ONLY use for severe pain, also liquid extract which I use the same way. Red Bentuangie is one red strain that helps at night with sleep also.

tikigod18, re: strains of CBD, I decided that, the cost and lack of knowledge of plants, and especially the pain relief factor, or lack, made no sense for me to purchase, tylenol worked better (side effects notwithstanding) so a trial of the Kratom is next, thanks
