Hi, I have type1and I want to no why the bottom of my feet feels like I'm walking rocks all on the top of my feet. Is there anything I can do.

Let me add my welcome to Lisa's for joining Mayo Clinic Connect. I am glad that you posted your question!

Your symptoms do sound very uncomfortable. How long have you had this? If these are new symptoms that have not been discussed with your doctor, it would be good to call the office and see if they can offer you any suggestions or help.

I hope that you are able to get some relief.

Hi @stephania157,
As it has been a while since you last posted, I was wondering how you are feeling. Has the discomfort in your bottom of your feet improved?
Will you post again with an update?
