Thank you for your helpful words. They are greatly appreciated at this time.
How do people know how much to take and if they are on other medications will that affect you. Who do you go talk to to get your answers from a professional. I am too “chicken” to try it without some form of medical guidance for both long cancer and spinal stenosis.

1 Reaction@sakota- Good morning. First you have to research the meds that you are taking and if they are compatible with CBD oil. I am on 2 different antidepressants and take CBD oil. I have no side effects other than the ones that I need.
Is their a dispensary near you? You can call them and ask, or ask your doctor. It's always a good thing to do that anyway.
You must have an ortho guy and I know that you have an oncologist. Have you checked with either?
Thank you for sharing.
Could you tell me the dosage your husband uses please ?
I eat whatever body can tolerate. Eggs, avocados on toast are good proteins. Chicken, fish and some pork with veggies. Salads are very effie. Think it’s the greens that make me sick and I used to love salads. I eat potatoes or most things that agree with me. I live alone except following chemo and am sick than sisters stay till I get my strength back.

1 Reaction@richcolleen- Good morning. I think that you might have answered an old post. If you look at the top of a post it will give you the current date and even time of the post. But don't despair. I did this a lot when I was distracted or something piqued my interest. Besides this is a great topic, meals and nutrition. When I had chemo I ate only those things that I could tolerate, I left the room if a smell was noxious. I believe that even good nutrition can be waived during cancer. It sounds as if you have your diet figured out. Is there anything else that you can say about food during cancer treatments?
