I take oregano gel caps. Dosage is 1 capsule a day but if I am having an attack I take 1 gelcap 3x a day.

@jlizzard Could you please share the dosage of your capsule? It appears from looking on the internet that the dosage can start as low as a 250 mg capsule and can go up from there. I tend to approach a new supplement with caution so I'd probably start low.
How did you start?
