I think having a trainer is really good for me. I see one after I go through my program 12 times however long that takes. Then she changes my program. So I do different exercises for arms legs abs balance and core. I know that its helping me to change body composition. I am gradually getting higher lean body mass and less fat mass. I did DEXA scans twice at healthy living center.
