Hi, @ihatediabetes A 5k run is just perfect. Won't require too much training and will give you a sense of achievement. These running events also give us a sense of community. I miss my runs. At 72 I daren't even jog because of my ankles but I walk and have signed up for the Auckland Marathon 12 k event in October. Training for it with a buddy is part of the fun.

I admire you. I am trying to work up to 1/2 hour on my stationery bike. One foot in front of the other!
