In Japan, there is a prescription strength dose for osteoporosis of K2 Mk 4 and K2 Mk 7. These are taken with calcium and D3. You can Google for dosage. I understand it can be taken with cancer medication (check with your doctor), but you would need to talk with your doctor about its efficacy for cancer treatment. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18830045/
