Lichenoid Keratosis

I just got my biopsy results back from the bald spot on my head. It might be lichenoid keratosis but she said it was not infinitive. I have to go back in a few weeks to recheck it. I have read a bit on it but am so confused. Has anyone had this or know anything about this? Any information will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
