@mbabkk I had never heard of circadin so I googled it. It requires a prescription? That seems odd since it is a slow release melatonin. I may have to ask my PCP for a prescription for it.

@contentandwell It is a true 2mg of melatonin. Turns out that most of the OTC melatonin is not true to its stated MG on the bottle.
