Do not get on seroquel !!!

Seroquel is for people who have schizophrenia, bipolar and very severe depression where other medications have been unable to help. Many doctors prescribe Seroquel for sleep issues. However it is not recommended for that sleep issues. I would never take an anti-psychotic drug for any type of sleep issue. I have insomnia and wake up between one and 3 AM however I don’t take anything for it. There are other drugs specifically designed for that purpose.

Annie, you need to be very careful about starting Seroquel. If any of what @mayo337xxx is saying about his experience is true, and we have no reason to doubt that it is, you really should get a second opinion from a different doctor before proceeding. Looking online there is a list a mile long of possible side effects.
Annie, can you give us some detail of how you ended up with such extreme anxiety? Perhaps with a bit more of your story someone here could give you a word or two of (perhaps valuable) advice. Best, Hank
