Have you tried Pure Hemp Botanicals, a Colorado based supplier of Hemp based CBD? I would be interested if you found relief since you are new to having PN. I had it start 10 years ago and after trying Gabapentin for a couple months could not stand the side effects and it didn't cure anything, just slightly helped the pain but no reduction of occurances of symptoms. Doctors just said that is all he can do. So I just started with Pure Hemp Botanicals tincture and interested if anyone else has found their products of use. I believe they help me some, again not a cure, just make days better then they are without it.

I take Gabapentin it takes the edge off, but I still have pain and don't like how it makes me feel. Just ordered PuraKana cbc oil the reviews of this company were good. I will check out the Pure Hemp Botaticals. In my research I did find out for Chonic pain I need to take cbc oil Cannabidiol from cannabis plant . Not hemp oil from the seeds.

@gfisher100 Good morning. I have been using some version of topical ointment with CBD oil for several years. Some work better than others. The only type that is very messy is anything with coconut oil. I am experimenting right now with a 3:1 THC to CBD. It is working very well on hands, wrists, and arms. I also use it on my Myofascial knee problem. I was doubtful at first because of the high concentration of THC. My patient counselor said that it has been delivering good results. Any of the medical marijuana products work better than the lidocaine compounds, for me.

After reading your post I decided to try the CBD/THC that a friend had given for my spinal stenosis. Well it didn’t help my back, but I’ll tell you putting it my hands and feet at night before bed has helped immensely. I actually sleep through most nights with little or no pain. For those of you interested it’s called Dragon Balm ( we live in Washington state which it’s legal) and its 175 mg of CBD and 175 mg of THC. Hope this helps. I’m so thankful for this group

My best advice is that there is currently no known cure for neuropathy and managing symptoms is the best we can do. I will always regret the fact that I was not warned prior to undergoing chemo-therapy. Had I known the risk I would never have taken chemo in the first place.

@arnrob - been there, done that. But mine was called "Complete CBD" I received 2 more bottles and of course, they were charged to my card. Returned the bottles and notified Discovercard and they pretty much took care of it from there (because I called the company first and they told me I should have read the fine print!!!!). I don't remember now what the charge per bottle was, but it wasn't cheap!!!!

Could you provide a specific brand? There are some on Amazon but not be as you described. Thank you

I was referring to a brand of Dragon Balm (thought it would post just below the person mentioning it)

I would not recommend Pure Kana- after a very long wait for product to be delivered and many unanswered emails and phone calls I received the CBD oil. Because of the poor customer service I was promised a free bottle which never arrived. No matter, the oil had no positive effect for myself or husband no matter the dosage.

I received my cbd oil from LAZARUS and have been taking it for almost a week. It is totally different from any of the oils I have I'm hoping that's a good thing. Read their reviews and check out everything on their site.Great support..

My original questions is this CBD oil actually providing any relief of the tingling etc. Is there a particular brand better then another.
I see many commercial products coming on claiming to be better than the other.
Anyone using a specific brand and its total over all effect. Is this used eternally or is taken internally?

Hi yes I have been using CBD/THC balm at night for my hands and feet. The brand is called Dragon Fire, here in Washington state. It is 175mg of CBD and 175mg of THC. A friend gave it to me to try on my spinal stenosis. That didn’t relieve the pain, but has been great for the numbing and burning from neuropathy. Hope this helps
