Thanks for your response! Yes, there’s a lot to read through. The buteyko method is really interesting and I’ve already begun using it. I do think it is offering some relief, but it’s early to know if it’s a placebo effect or really helping. I have a Dr appt in 2 weeks where I’ll address this with her and see what she thinks as well 🙂
