I don't know if Mayo Connect has a group for people suffering long-term effects from COVID-19, but I would really recommend you find some to see if others have your symptoms and zero in on this possibility. There must be specialist by now who are treating people with long term effects from COVID-19, many treatment options they are using that a mainstream doctor might not know about, and a whole host of journal articles you could check.
