Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

I had a question for you about your shortness of breathe that turned out to be related to your allergies. Was the shortness of breathe there at all times? Or did it come and go throughout the day? What exactly did the shortness of breathe feel like, was there any wheezing? I am very glad the allergy shots are helping. Im really thinking this is whats going on with me too.

SOB was pretty much all of the time. I could breathe, but had to take frequent deep breaths to get enough air. If I went outside to get cats in or get mail, it got worse. Also when I used my inhaler in the morning, I would wheeze when I exhaled.
I no longer wheeze when I do my inhaler. My breathing outside has improved significantly & I breathe normally now unless I really exert myself. I’m starting on my second round of allergy shots and I’m very pleased with, the results.
