@nick43 - Good morning and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I'm glad that you found us! Have you ever heard of Exercise-Induced Asthma or exercise-induced bronchoconstriction? This can happen even after several days after exercising. Exercise induces the narrowing of airways (bronchoconstriction) but isn't a root cause of asthma. Among people with asthma, exercise is likely just one of several factors that may trigger breathing difficulties. Are you coughing or having other symptoms?

Hi thanks for the reply. Yes I've heard of those. The interesting thing is I dont cough after cardio exercise but I do get tightness. I dont cough that much ever but I do get tightness and pressure below my Adam's apple head and ears with feeling cant get full breath after exercise and other times. I've tried asthma inhalers before and they dont solve the problem.

Hi and thanks for replying. It still could be asthma but singular and albuterol don't make a difference. I do exercise almost daily so possibly it could be post exercise broncho construction. But I've been in good shape my while life and never experienced this. I'm not coughing at all or have other issue in aware of. Thank you
