Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

No. I'm not old enough and make too much. My husband is self employed and we have a high deductible plan. I really do handle my issues well. I didn't want to post on here as a whiner, just investigating problems of others to see if someone had an answer. Strangely enough I can still exercise and am physically active. I just try not to let it take control of me. The mental control I have of it is remarkable. I guess after 30 years you just suck it up or let it win. Some days are a challenge, but I adjust my exertion those days. I am really in great health, not over weight, do not smoke, eat Keto diet. I really appreciate your thoughts and concerns. Helps me think there may be a chance someone out there knows what we all are experiencing.

@kessme- Whining is allowed here anytime. But I didn't pick up that tone from you at all. We have temper tantrums, vents, whing and lots of crying on here and it's all welcomed. Connect is a safe haven for patients helping and sharing with others with the same medical problems. We are not medical professionals.
I am so glad that you can control your SOB and feel great. Please, can you give some tips to people who are struggling with this thread?
