Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

I live in Western Nebraska. I'm closer to Denver, Colorado. I would love to be able to explore this problem until it could be figured out, but as I have stated before I can't financially afford to. Especially to be told they can't find anything wrong. I have more bad days than better, but I also have learned there is no reason to complain about it anymore because it doesn't matter. I manage my symptoms very well. I take small shallow, quick breaths and lots of yawns. I don't make a scene so people don't notice. I always try to research to see if there may be someone out there who has found the answer. I am amazed at how many of us are out there and my heart goes out to everyone who has the same struggles.

@kessme- Hello. Have you looked into Medicare (if you are old enough), Medicaid, or the ACA?
