Also i would like to mention that i dont run out of breath! I can breathe yes! But I just want to take a deep breath that feels goood! There is a difference between the two! To be honest, i want to stop breathing so deep in search of finding that good end point feeling! And yes i dont find myself panting unless i am scared and panicking!

@uzairkashtwari92- Try practicing the breathing exercises that I suggested. There are also some on yourtube you might want to check out.

@uzairkashtwari92 So sorry to hear what you're going through. I know what it's like. But you WILL get better. Don't ever give up. Our bodies have an amazing ability to heal, even if partially, and to stabilize when given the chance. I have used a breathing exercise regimen called the Buteyko Breathing method, which made my breathing completely normal at one point and when the air hunger came back, I implemented it again to improve the condition. While not fully recovered from it, it does help me a great deal to where it's, at this point, an annoyance more than anything. Visit http://learnbuteykoonline.com/ and learn the method the way they teach it, and I'm pretty certain you will experience relief after a few days of practice. It's all natural and, if you're like me, you have nothing to lose and it's worth a try.
