@merpreb thanks for the quick reply guys, I’m going to try every possible thing to get this figured out because the only thing I know for sure is I’m not breathing normally. I already tried ashthma inhalers, but maybe lll give it a try. At this point I’m not sure if the root is mental or physical - it really could be either. I’ll keep y’all updated on this journey and I hope the best for all of you.
@gabrielm can you send me the link for the buteyko excercise course. How much did it cost?

@jwiegers17- It looks like @gabrielm did his on-line like the link I gave you above. With You tube there is no charge. I would still advise you to seek medical testing for any GI illnesses, as a start, because even if you learn to control your breathing it won't get to any underlying causes and in the long run cause you more harm or complications.
