Hi @jwiegers17. First, sorry to hear that you’re going through this. I did Buteyko breathing exercises just online and it was very effective. I didn’t keep up with it when I got better, and so it go worse again about 2 years ago. So while it’s not 100% better, it is greatly improved and I can function pretty normally. I would suggest you try it.

@merpreb thanks for the quick reply guys, I’m going to try every possible thing to get this figured out because the only thing I know for sure is I’m not breathing normally. I already tried ashthma inhalers, but maybe lll give it a try. At this point I’m not sure if the root is mental or physical - it really could be either. I’ll keep y’all updated on this journey and I hope the best for all of you.
@gabrielm can you send me the link for the buteyko excercise course. How much did it cost?
