Klonopin ... or Xanax , just be careful with it and if you want to try something natural go for this https://lostempireherbs.com/product/ashwagandha-tincture/?ref=63&campaign=ash ... it’s an adaptogenic that naturally LEVELS out imbalances in your body. Ex: if blood sugar is low Or high it will level it to a healthy number. It does this with so many parts of body and works with anxiety and sleep ! Also if u take vitamins... please consult with ur doc to get a blood panel bc u can easily take a vitamin(the recommended magnesium) your body is plenty sufficient in and actually harm it more than help it!

Here’s a YouTube video review on the Ashwagandha

Generally speaking and notwithstanding some serious underlying medical condition like kidney failure, magnesium is safe. Too much will cause a laxative effect ie Milk of Magnesia. It's good to check with your doctor but most doctors aren't doing the right test. Please use the advice on this board as a starting place and do your own research. With anything start slow and see how you respond AFTER you've done your own research. https://www.bulletproof.com/supplements/vitamins-minerals/magnesium-deficiency-supplements-causes/
