Hello,@aea1205, It's a good thing that all your tests results are normal. If your CT of the lungs looks normal, maybe try massage to help with the back pain. Look into a good chiropractor or Acupuncturist. When I feel sob I inhale eucalyptus or peppermint oil. Also, that's great the breathing exercises help you!! Our minds are so powerful,, so the more anxious you get,, the harder it will be for your lungs to relax. Maybe ask your doctor for Lorazepam instead of the antidepressant. Back pain can cause sob. Try massage!! Hope this helps🤞🏽

Ohh also pay attention when you get sob. If it is after you eat or drink,, Maybe it is reflux. Sometimes symptoms of gerd include back pain and sob.
