Absolutely guys its the game changer technique pls try . If your o2 saturation is fine then its a problem with co2 try buteyko breathing . It helped me as well . Good luck !

Just a peice of advice try holding breath after exhale for fatser results .. good luck . There is a app on android and ios as well
