@aea1205- I have abused nose spray before and it will turn itself around and bite you if you don't take it. Have you seen an ENT guy? There are things that can help get your nasal passages cleared if they haven't been damaged.
I know how scared you must feel because SOB is very scary. I'm a 22 yr lung cancer survivor and am very familiar with this.
I would suggest reading back on these posts and make an appointment with an ENT.
