Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

@ssgaurav2000. These are great looking test results. But they don't include any blood work. Many people think that since their tests are within normal range that that's the end of testing. It isn't. Keep pushing for blood work to rule out any diseases. This, in my opinion, the direction that you should now go. Can you ask for these?

Thanks Merry thats quite reassuring will share blood work . Shortly. I have options to take beta blocker but since i dont have palpitations im avoiding them because they make heart rate so slow although they are effective. Another option is to take xanax which i am also avoiding because it literally makes me sleepy . Its been two weeks of SOB for me so im trying to avoid meds to see if it goes or i will have to come back to anti anxiety meds . Hope everyone on this forum feeling great !!
