@gabrielm I wanted to post for sometime now but wanted to wait until my Ent appt which was today. My doctor scoped my throat and said everything look good and there was a little irritation which was a sign of very mild reflux. What I can say is that I am 100 percent back to normal thank God. What was causing my breathing problems was some mix nuts I was eating everyday! One Friday my daughter took a hand full of nuts that I bought and immediately had a sever reaction to them! She has always eaten nuts with no problems until then. It was a day or so later I was thinking about my own problem and it dawned on me that ever since I started running I was also eating lots of nuts ( for heath benefits), so I decided to stop eating them and maybe a day so or later I was breathing normal and not feeling like I couldnt take a deep breath. I think I had an intolerance to them not necessarily an allergic reaction like my daughter had. I have always eaten nuts without any problems so why now I thought! I started shopping at Aldis and started buying there nuts because they were so cheap. Could it be that its was because they sprayed them with diffent chemicals? Could it be where they were manufactured!? Absolutely! Needless to say I dont buy them from there or have tried any other brand at this point. I am on no medications except flonase for my allergies and have discontinued the protonix. I was hesitant to post because i have read many post that said they were better for sometime and it returned. I hope for everyone in this forum to find an answer, because I was so desperate just as everyone else. Read about food allergies / intolerance and how you body can become more susceptible to foods ESPECIALLY if you do any strenuous exercise (in my case it was running) .i would think lifting heavy would be considered strenuous too. I hope this will help somone here and I will keep yall informed and if any changes. I pray you all find the answer.

Wow @tonyagregg, that's great that you found the answer! So glad you are back to normal! Crazy that a food could cause such a symptom as SOB, but that's the way it goes. I will definitely look into food allergies; it's certainly possible I have been eating something consistently that could be the cause. Worth a shot to look into. Thanks for the good news update!
