@helena4000 please go back and read my post. It sounds so much like yours and it started after I got a new tredmill and started running. I am 43 and in good health. It just feels like I cant take a full deep breath. Protonix 40 mg helped me as others like prilosec and zantac didnt. I am going to see an ENT on the 4th of April and had to stop taking the medicine and the yawning and trying to take a deep breath started back. I do feel a lump in my throat at times and one side of my throat hurts. I am almost positive its silent reflux but will not have a definitive answer until i see him.
