Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

An update to my diagnosis search, went in for sleep apnea results and turns out I’ve got a severe case of complex sleep apnea. Going on a CPAP trial in 2 weeks so I guess i’ll See if that’s the root of my weird breathing symptoms. Should definitely help with my lack of energy and focus
