Yes, I am taking CBD oil for tremors and it is working. Unfortunately, I don't get any residual benefit of improved sleep as I had hoped. Oh well, stopping the shaking is a great result in and and of itself.

My spouse was having vivid dreams and not sleeping well. He is now taken Melatonin for awhile. He dreams are usually about current situations and the past. Nice ones. I might check into the CBD for him.Thx. Hugs

Hello. Have you thought about Melatonin? It helped my spouse to get a restful night..instead of dreaming and waking up frequently.
