Yes, mindfulness is very helpful! Please share with us, as you are comfortable doing so, how you practice mindfulness and what you have gained from the practice. Any particular methods that have been most helpful? How many times a day do you practice mindfulness?

I am presently learning how to focus on the body and that seems to be working out well but I still have a lot to learn about it. I start with my feet and so far have only been able to get to my knees without falling into a deep, restful sleep. I am doing it a couple of times a day but the results seem to last for a long time.
