@smilie Your posts will be seen by a larger audience that has similar concerns that you express, when you post in groups and discussions that follow depression and anxiety [in this case]. I see you are posting in the Depression group already, and this is a great start. What are your plans today to address your depression and anxiety? Will you be looking into getting an appointment with your doctor, and working on getting outside for a short walk even if it's for 2 minutes?
