Using CBD oil to help taper off anxiety & depression meds?
I am currently in tolerance taking 30mg a day of Serepax (Oxazepam). I want to get off the benzo and realize I have to taper after 15 years of being on it. Has anyone used CBD oil minus the THC to taper off benzo's?

Oh, since CBD products are legal here, I've noticed many of my home health care clients are using it. Oils for body pain and edibles for anxiety and such. Even in the nursing home where I work. That's really why I'm trying it. I have seen it work with my patients.
I’ve found that weighted blankets work really well. Feels like you’re in a cocoon. Very soothing.
Hi ... I need to get off Ativan and sleeping pills ...I’m at that point that I need to go higher and I’m not ...can someone help me figure out how to do this with CBD / THC to help me wean off of these please . ....Thank you
Sadly CBD oil did not work for me but i am going down by .1 ML of liquid (compounded) ativan a month. I am taking a solution of ,5 MG per ML Good luck to you.
I hope you’re not tapering without being under the supervision of a doctor, preferable a physchiatrist.
Have you ever felt sick to your stomach after taking CBD oil?

I'm glad to hear success stories from folks using CBD to help with sleep. Since it's legal in Colorado, I see and hear many success stories from people with chronic pain and sleeplessness. I find that every situation is incredibly unique depending on the person. But that's just like traditional medicine.
@georgette12 I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I like Nature Leaf but looking elsewhere
