Hello @remi54 Nice to e-meet you here! I am sorry to read of your husband's challenges. My wife went through the same issue and we went with all elastic waistband slacks for years for her. As part of this I would 'match' her changes as much as I could to make her feel less 'different' so I, too, went elastic waistband. The jeans I had did a fine job for me with elastic rather than a belt. All I had to watch was to not overload my pockets with changes, cell phone, etc. or I could have embarrassed myself I think! I will have to pull the jeans out of my closet to see the name of the brand, but I do remember I bought them at JC Penny. Our local store closed so I began buying more at an online retailer named Haband. http://www.haband.com They were just as good and a bit cheaper. They also have Velcro shoes, which I would buy for my dad back in the day. Hope this helps!
