Amen to that!
What other type of supplements are you taking to boost I'm mine system???
@charlie999 Thank you for all of that info, Charlie. It is funny that all of us are thinking about ways to boost our immune systems at the same time. I guess that is all that is left to think about as we have hashed and rehashed everything else concerning this disease. I have been using raw honey for months to sweeten my coffee & tea. It is suppose to have good health benefits and is an antibacterial. I have been doing pretty well. Not sure if the honey helps, but it sure tastes good. I am glad to hear that you are doing well also. Better ct scan and no cough...Yay!!!
Thank you, Charlie for naming what you are taking. Very helpful.
Hi Linda, Sophia and all our Brothers and Sisters on the forum. I am tied up today on a project, but will put together the info you asked for tonite, and send it to you. God Bless. Charlie
Charlie, I thank you for naming what you are taking. Jane Brown
My pleasure, Jane. I listed a few supplements in my previous post and have been asked to list all, so here we go...MSM (methylsufonglmenthame), white mulberry, mushroom extract, maqui, clove, resveratrol, ground flaxseed, artichoke extract, blueberry extract, nut rim oats, aakg nitric oxide, and elderberry. I buy all these in powder form and mix with 8 oz of apple juice in a blender. Don’t like to swallow capsules. tip: I usually prepare a two week supply in zip bags.
Please understand ** I am not a medical person of any kind. Over the past few years I have developed an interest in alt supplements and wish I could find a real professional recipe. If anyone has an idea on this, or can suggest an additive to mine, sure would be glad to know about it.
Blessings to all,
Charlie
I am interested in the nitric oxide especially since they are doing inhaled nitric oxide research. Although inhaled goes right to the lung nd directly contacts the MAC, I am not sure how ingested nitric oxide would work or if that might still have a benefit.
I am still hoping that Mayo or some other institution would jump on this
Charlie, Thanks for that information. I am beginning to feel the need to start taking things to boost my immune system. My MAC has been stabilized since last July (thank you, God!) but I am far from healthy by any means. You mention "other supplements to fight MAC." Might I ask what those are please? Linda
