@contentandwell I think you,d have to research every year tinder if it's acidic or not I do a lot of herbal teas I,ll have to do some research

@lioness Just googled and here is what I found"
Try caffeine-free herbal tea for acid reflux, but avoid spearmint or peppermint teas. Mint triggers acid reflux for many. Chamomile, licorice, slippery elm, and marshmallow may make better herbal remedies to soothe GERD symptoms.
Some of those I am not supposed to have I think. There are some odd restrictions for post-transplant.
