I heard about Fosteum Plus on a Facebook page and am looking into it because I am concerned about the side effects of the traditional pharma drugs - Forteo, Tymlos, Reclast, Prolia, Fosamax, Boniva etc. I am hoping to reverse or maintain my current level of osteoporosis more naturally. I take Vitamin D3 and MK7 and will be adding Magnesium. I have decided to get calcium through my foods rather than supplements. I take Protonix for my heartburn and it really has been ineffective. Since the PPIs affect bones, I am going to find a way to taper off it. Also, thank you for the links. I have read them and am researching Genistein a little more due to my ovarian cancer history many years ago. There has to be a way to treat/manage to treat OP without drugs that the risk of side effects and rebound fractures.
