Wise choice to stay on Prolia. I had no side effects on Prolia and had an improvement in my bone density with it. I was forced off of Prolia by my insurance company refusing to pay for it. My doctor recommended Reclast saying it was comparable to Prolia. I had the Reclast infusion 8 days ago and still having bad muscle and joint pain and fever.

@sljohns I did have the fourth Prolia injection on July 8. And, my bone density test showed improvement again. The endocrinologist also pointed out the improvement in the "neck" area of the hip. I probably should have listened to my doctor's advice and started on Prolia much earlier. So far, so good.
I am sorry you are having Reclast side effects. I hope you will be feeling better very soon.
I am in Canada. For me the most stressful part of the day was having to be inside the hospital. The doctor, the nurse, the technician, the secretary were all masked and wearing face shields. This is the new normal.
Get well soon.

@sljohns I also realized that I am lucky to live in Canada where as a senior both Prolia, Aclasta, (Reclast) and some of the other osteoporosis drugs are paid for by the government. I paid $2.43 for my Prolia injection!
