You ask good questions, @niquinon. I'm bringing in @venki @rakierin @soloact and @lhopper123 into this discussion to see if they have experience with migrainges and seizures in addition to small vessel ischemic disease.

Given that you've just recently been diagnosed with SVD, it must be all very new. What have your doctors advised with respect to staying active? You said you are extremely active. What type of activities do you like to do?

They have told me to stay active and eat well. I actually don't have high blood pressure or diabetes or am a smoker or drinker. They did mention to reduce my stress a bit but another told me to see how I manage with the medication and make a decision, since I have 2 jobs. I run... have done half marathons and am starting to train for another.
