Hi I too also experience internal vibrations with unknown etiology. My neurologist thinks it is stress associated with the pandemic and prescribed Gabapentin. I am wondering if with more time you are discovered what is causing your symptoms, possible treatment or if they remain? Please update me- Thank you

Good morning David , my local neurologist is puzzled with my issue .He referred me to Shands and do to corona am having to wait until June for my appointment. Stress does make it louder if you know what I mean but isn’t the cause . I will keep you all updated.
