Dear Danny, You have host of problems and I consoul .I need to ask if you have had a good work-up by a good physician? It seems you do have some metabolic upset...e.g., sinus, etc. But there is a reason for your recurrent symptoms, it just has to be found. If trying to reduce sugar via Keto diet, maybe there is another way to maintain your blood sugar besides going cold turkey white and processed food sugar? Can you find someone to help you or can you dig a bit deeper on your own..e.g. slower releases of sugar by complex carbohydrates? Maybe a dietitian?
