Hi and Welcome! The thrush especially - along with the pains you describe - suggest autoimmune to me, not reactive hypoglycemia. (Specifically Sjogren's) The next time you have thrush, or before that, perhaps ask about seeing a rheumatologist?

I have read about Sjogrens and wonder if that is what I’m struggling with. Are symptoms of this auto immune disorder typically worse with higher.sugar intake? I’ll will ask to be referred later this week. Problem is with the NHS it can be upto 16 weeks to see a specialist
