Thank you! Well, I've decided I'm just not gonna let it get me all the way down! And I know I'm getting stronger even with the a-fib. I've actually added some weight to some of the machines since this started. Not a lot of course, but some. And when I leave the gym, I have to walk up two flights of stairs and unbelievably, I'm taking those stairs easier. This is amazing to me.
