Yes. I received disability for a bad back and Hep C treatment. So.... I guess, everyone but us knew about how debilitating treatment was.

@sueleerock If you receive disability then you have a diagnosed disability. The office of social security should be able to provide you with or direct you towards a social worker/case manager if you ask. Your local county should be able to provide you with a social worker/case manager by request as well. If you are in Minnesota please look into the resource I have linked below.

You may be asked why you want a social worker/case manager. May I ask what your specific goals are?
