abubakar9334 You may not have it, but these are symptoms and signs of Amyloidosis, Gelsolin or Cystatin-C. Have a top lab assay your SERUM FreeLight chain (Bindings-UK) and 24-hour urinary protein. sFLC over 1.6 mg/dL, and/or 24-hr urinary protein around 0.5G or higher are sure signs of Amy.

Have you spoken to your family doctor about your symptoms?
Hi @ abubakar9334,
I have read your complaint, but I did not find what and how you (feeling very bad symptoms), some times we think we have symptoms of something abnormal, and we have to find the normal in order to measure the abnormality that we have. So my advice but not a diagnostic words, do not keep yourself in that bad circle try to sit in any discussion that reflect your feelings without telling your situation, and measure how the discussers react and act toward those feelings & symptoms . (Is this day or night I am a science teacher and feeling some time numness and nerves shrinkage voices in head and neck), I believe we performing hard works sometimes that lead us to troubles. I believe to give ourselves a chance to do one roll is helpful in restricting the effects of the multiple efforts or works.
Wish you a great effort and a happy results.
