@alfalfa So were these intolerances and allergies caused by having salmonella?

I can't imagine having to deal with so many intolerances. I occasionally get an intolerance to egg whites but it only lasts a couple of months and then I can eat them again!

I agree, if you are desperate you need to get this type of testing done, rather than going along eating things that will cause you problems.

Being that I have eczema, I will be visiting my dermatologist tomorrow. One Dr told me it’s autoimmune and will likely be referred to a rheumatologist. My sister had rheumatoid arthritis and eventually passed later I’m life. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if I have food sensitivities. One step at a time.

These were intolerances/sensitivities and luckily NOT allergies. I had a rough year and a half of battling food borne illnesses, sinus infections and skin rashes. So I was on strain after strain of antibiotics. I was having terrible GI issues none the less as a result of all the antibiotics but as time went on I still was unable to have a solid stool. I generally felt terrible all the time and would get what I thought was weird bouts of acne. I was fed up with not being able to just go to the bathroom so had that IgG test done to see if maybe part of the problem was what I was eating. Turned out that the majority of Foods I was eating ALL the time were contributing to a lot of my symptoms. I’ve done pretty well at not consuming them but then like this past week I kept eating corn chips and I got a rash all over my chest. The chips were fried in safflower oil 🙁
